Tavahot Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At Tavahot, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Cut-off Time: You may cancel your order without any penalty before the cut-off time. The cut-off time is calculated by subtracting the order preparation time from the customer's estimated time of arrival (ETA). To cancel your order, use cancel button on order summary page which will be available only till cut-off time, or contact our customer support team as soon as possible via phone call over +91 95796 02706.
- After Cut-off Time: If the cut-off time has passed, the restaurant has likely started preparing your order, and it cannot be canceled.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for orders canceled before the cut-off time or cancelled by restaurant due to inability to serve. We don't expect later to happen usually, but in extreme cases we may have to face this.
- If your order was canceled after the cut-off time or if there was an issue with your food (e.g., incorrect or missing items), your refund can take between 2-10 working days depending on the payment instrument used to pay for the order also depend on respective bank policy.
3.2 Refund Process
- Refunds for customer initiated order cancellation are auto processed. No action is required from customer's end.
- To request a refund for dispute like order cancelled by restaurant, missing item(s), please contact our customer support team at tavahot@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once your request is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-10 working days depending on the payment instrument used to pay for the order also depend on respective bank policy.
3.3 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you find a refund missing, we recommend you to first check your bank account or original payment instrument's statement, like credit card statement etc.
- Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at tavahot@gmail.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items only after confirmation by food provider. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer support team at +91 95796 02706 over phone call.
